KidzLearn (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes a fun, educational app for children to learn numbers, alphabets, Hindi अक्षर, maths, games, magic learning and more. We deeply respect the privacy of every family that uses KidzLearn and we are committed to protecting children online. This policy explains what we do — and don't do — with information.

💛 Our Simple Promise

We do not sell children's data, we do not show behavioral ads to kids, and we collect as little information as humanly possible. Learning should be safe and worry-free.

👶 Built for Children (COPPA & GDPR-K)

KidzLearn is designed for children and their families. We follow the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR “children” provisions, and Google Play's Families & Apple's Kids Category guidelines. We do not knowingly request personal details directly from a child without a parent.

📋 Information We Collect

We keep this list short on purpose:

  • No personal info from kids: we don't ask children for their name, address, phone, email, or photos.
  • Parent contact (optional): only if a parent writes to us or signs up, we keep their email to reply.
  • Basic app analytics: anonymous, aggregated data like which lessons are popular or crash reports, used only to improve the app.
  • Device basics: device type and app version to keep things working smoothly. This is not linked to a child's identity.

🎯 How We Use Information

  • To run the app and save learning progress on the device.
  • To improve lessons, games and fix bugs.
  • To reply to parents who contact our support team.
  • To keep KidzLearn safe and secure.

We never use children's information to build advertising profiles.

📢 Advertising

KidzLearn does not show behavioral or targeted ads to children. If any non-personalized, kid-safe promotional content appears, it is contextual only and does not track your child across apps.

🤝 Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal information — ever. We only share limited, anonymized data with trusted service providers (such as analytics or crash-reporting tools) who are contractually required to protect it and use it solely to help us run KidzLearn. We may also disclose information if required by law.

🔒 How We Keep Data Safe

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular reviews. Most learning progress is stored directly on your child's device. While no method is 100% perfect, we work hard to protect every byte.

👪 Parents Are in Control

As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:

  • Ask what information we hold related to your account.
  • Request correction or deletion of that information.
  • Withdraw consent or stop using the app at any time.

Just email us and we'll help promptly. Parental-gate questions protect access to purchases and external links.

⏳ Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app and meet legal duties. Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete account-related data at any time.

🌍 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as KidzLearn grows or laws change. If we make important changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify parents inside the app.
